Spring is officially here, and it’s time to SPRING INTO ACTION! I invite you to come out of hibernation, and start thinking about sleeveless tops and sun dresses.
What better way to wake up your fitness routine than to join in our AMAZING ARMS & ABS class beginning Tuesday, April 12. This will be a 6-week series of once a week workouts from 12:30 to 1:15 on Tuesdays at the Stylized Living studio (1216 Crestline Circle, El Dorado Hills, CA 916-941-0702)
Classes will begin with light stretches, then move into standing and floor work abdominal exercises, variations of Pilates or yoga plank work for abs and arms, body weight and dumbbell work for strengthening and shaping your arms, and combo Pilates based exercises incorporating arms and weights for super strengthening your core. You’ll wrap it up with 5 minutes of stretching and breathing exercises that will leave you feeling energized and calm all at once. Aaahh…now you’re ready for the rest of your day.
